Which brokerages do you support?

We support Charles Schwab via direct OAuth and 12,000+ institutions through Plaid, including Fidelity, Vanguard, TD Ameritrade, E*TRADE, and more. You can also add manual accounts with symbol + share counts for any broker.

What does 'read-only' mean?

All brokerage connections use read-only access. We can see your balances and positions, but we can never place trades, move money, or modify your accounts in any way.

What devices does MemoryBank work on?

MemoryBank works on any device with a web browser — iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets, laptops, desktops, and even smart TVs. The dashboard is fully responsive and looks great on any screen size.

Can I try paid features before committing?

Yes! Start with the Free plan to explore the dashboard, then upgrade when you're ready for live account tracking and AI features. You can cancel anytime from your billing page.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of your billing period, then your plan downgrades to Free. Your kids, manual accounts, and settings are preserved — you just lose live tracking. You can re-subscribe anytime.

Is my data secure?

All brokerage tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256. We never store account numbers or passwords. OAuth tokens can be revoked anytime from your connections page.
