Who is Penny?

Penny is MemoryBank's money mentor — a friendly guide who lives in the chat bubble in the corner of the app. Whether you're 8 or 48, she'll meet you where you are.

Here's what she loves to do:

• Explain what's happening in your kids' accounts in plain language (no finance degree required).
• Teach money concepts — saving, dividends, compounding, Roth IRAs, UTMA accounts — at just the right level for the age.
• Help parents get the most out of the app: pairing devices, reconnecting accounts, sorting out billing, you name it.

What Penny doesn't do

• She won't tell you what to buy or sell — that's your call, not hers.
• She doesn't give personal tax or legal advice. For those big questions, a CPA or licensed professional is your friend.
• She can't move money or change accounts — MemoryBank is read-only by design.

If something's outside Penny's wheelhouse, she'll hand it off to our human support team — no dead ends.
