Revenue

All the money a company brings in from sales, before any costs.

Revenue is the top line — the total money a company earns from selling its products or services, before subtracting expenses. It's often confused with profit, which is what's left after costs. A company can have huge revenue and still make little profit, which is why investors look at both.
