Plans and what they include

MemoryBank has three plans: Free, Starter, and Family. The currently-active plan is shown on /dashboard/billing.

• Free — up to 3 kid profiles. Add accounts by hand (manual accounts), with stock deep-dives and portfolio history charts included. No automatically synced brokerage accounts, no AI features, no photo screensaver.
• Starter — $6.99/month or $69.99/year. Up to 3 kid profiles and up to 3 linked brokerage accounts that sync automatically. Adds the AI features (AI stock stories, the weekly recap, and Penny on the kids' screen) and the Google Photos screensaver.
• Family — $9.99/month or $99.99/year. Everything in Starter, with up to 10 kid profiles and up to 10 linked brokerage accounts.

Every plan includes stock deep-dives, portfolio history charts, manual accounts, and Penny's help for parents here in the dashboard.

If you were on the older Family Plus plan, you're now on Family — nothing to do on your end. Family Plus gift cards redeem as Family too.

Where to manage your subscription

It depends on where you subscribed:

• On the website — go to /dashboard/billing and click Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's secure portal, where you can upgrade, downgrade, update payment methods, or cancel.
• In the iPhone app — subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel them in your iPhone's Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep the paid features until that date, then drop to Free.
